Leads only happen when an owner actively chooses to request one. OFF MARKIE doesn't guarantee any minimum number of leads — some zips may send several a week, others may send none for a while.
Up to 5 agents can hold the same zip and tier at once — this isn't exclusive access.
This is a lead-notification service, not a browsable lead database — there's no separate dashboard to log into.

Your tier and zip selection is not exclusive — up to 5 agents may hold the same combination simultaneously. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, including for periods with few or no leads. OFF MARKIE makes no representation about the outcome of any lead and is not a party to, and assumes no liability for, any transaction, communication, or dispute between you and any owner.
